The provisions of the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 are designed to protect your rights with respect to personal information held by Anglican Funds South Australia (AFSA). AFSA records names, addresses, dates of birth, contact details, your bank account details, financial transactions and balances of accounts held at AFSA. All your personal information is kept secure. AFSA realises the importance of privacy to members and as such does not release any information of records stored to a third party for their use without the account holders’ authority unless required to do so by law. AFSA understands and appreciates the concerns account holders have regarding the privacy, confidentiality, and security of information obtained from you. To ensure complete privacy, AFSA has adopted the Australian Privacy Principles as contained in the Act. A copy of the principles may be viewed at the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
