The Community Fund provides investments, transactional products and loan facilities to Anglican Parishes, Anglican Schools and Anglican Agencies.
Our investors receive competitive interest rates with funds Capital Guaranteed by the Anglican Diocese of Adelaide. All Funds are invested according to the ethical guidelines of the Anglican Church of Australia, and are used to support loans made to Parishes, Anglican Schools and Anglican Agencies at favourable lending interest rates. Your investment helps our community fulfil its mission and provide valued services to our community at large.
Enhanced Income Fund
The Enhanced Income Fund is a medium risk fund which suits the short to medium investment needs of organisations who wish to invest in a fund that is designed to provide and income focused investment and access to funds for short to medium term liquidity requirements.
Endowment Fund
The Endowment Fund administers a market linked investment fund governed in the Yale-style Endowment Model. This fund accepts investments from the Parishes, Anglican Schools, Anglican Agencies and the Synod. The Endowment Fund follows an ethical investment model and invests in balanced growth assets through wholesale managed funds instructed by private mandates, direct equity holdings, property trusts, and cash.
